The Town of Jamestown contracts with Alliance Code Enforcement to investigate and enforce ordinance violations (overgrown lots, junked vehicles, oversized vehicles parked on neighborhood streets, signs, etc). Jamestown’s 242-page CODE OF ORDINANCES can be found HERE, but there’s no Table of Contents, which makes it impossible to know what’s in them unless you have time to sit down and read the whole thing. SO, I put together this homemade version to help with the navigation:

SIGN REGULATIONS, such as: A series of two or more signs placed in a line parallel to a public or private street carrying a single commercial message, part of which is contained on each sign, are prohibited; Signs that move or flash or have moving or flashing components, are intermittently lighted or have changing colors or revolve are prohibited. Signs in front store windows are limited to one per 100 square feet, and a maximum of three signs;
