PUBLIC COMMENTS DUE re D.R. Horton Kinsley development

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that DR HORTON applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401 certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The activity for which this certification is sought regards the KINSLEY Residential Subdivision in Jamestown, NC and construction/sediment impacts on BULL RUN water supply stream and wetlands on the property.

PUBLIC COMMENTS regarding the application and project must be received by the NC Division of Water Resources no later than 5 p.m. on JUNE 11, 2026.
