A 28-acre Brownfield site in Jamestown, NC, known as “Red Rock Trailer Park,” is slated for redevelopment into a high-density residential/commercial project. Despite state approval in July 2021, further assessment and inspection are required before development can proceed. The Brownfields program aims to facilitate the reuse of such environmentally compromised properties.
